Born in LA and raised in Stockton, California; I got to see and meet a wide variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds. Something I found interesting in these encounters and connections is how hard communication and expression is for everyone. We all tell stories and experiences, but some of that internal knowledge and expression is lost in translation when we convert those thoughts into the various forms of communication.

Graphic Design is no different.

Creating material that represents something as true as possible with design that echos our voices confidently is no easy task and a goal I will chase and pursue for the rest of my life. We all want to be heard and understood. We all deeply wish we could say exactly what we feel. As Graphic Design is my method of choice; it is my goal to express not only myself in each and every design, but what I am designing to do so as well. My design will become the subjects voice, and (hopefully) be expressive and true as possible to the source material. Only one way to find out, right?
